Texting with your RunIt assistant
Last updated October 7, 2026
RunIt is a personal AI assistant operated by Dream Big Fast LLC, a Utah limited liability company. Each RunIt assistant has its own phone number. This page explains the text messages the assistant sends, who receives them and how to start or stop them.
Who gets these texts
Only the RunIt account owner who set up the assistant. The assistant texts the owner's own mobile number and nobody else. It does not send marketing, and it never texts third parties from this program.
What the texts are
- Replies to questions the owner texts to the assistant, such as "what's on my calendar today".
- Reminders the owner asked the assistant to set.
- Notices that a draft is waiting for the owner's approval in the RunIt app.
Message frequency varies with how often the owner texts the assistant and how many reminders they set. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
How to opt in
In the RunIt app, open Settings, go to Text with your assistant (the section shows your assistant's name, for example "Text with Donna"), confirm your mobile number and check the box that reads:
"Text me from my assistant. Msg & data rates may apply. Msg frequency varies. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out. Terms: https://justrunit.ai/terms Privacy: https://justrunit.ai/privacy"
The box is unchecked until you check it. Texting is optional: consent is not a condition of purchase. You can also text START to your assistant's number to opt back in after opting out.

How to opt out or get help
- Reply STOP at any time to stop all texts (STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END and QUIT also work). You will get one confirmation and nothing after that.
- Or uncheck the box in Settings, Text with your assistant.
- Reply HELP for help, or email [email protected].
Your number and your privacy
We use your mobile number only to run your assistant. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party.
